History Making Faith

I am sitting here at my computer, pondering if sitting in church attendance on Sunday morning is just as useless on the grand scale of time and history as my own ranting. Will my blog be recognized by mass media, changing hearts and minds of its readers in favor of a simple faith in Christ? Will our Sunday morning worship be so incredible that it makes the CNN headline news, having enough controversy to make the history books? On the day of my writing this, Friday Sept 26th, there's plenty of history. Example: All Jewish people were expelled from England by royal decree on this day in 1290, thanks to the "Christian fervour" of King Edward. Today is also known as "St John's Day", named after the fisherman, apostle and possible Gospel writer. He is known as the only one of the 12 apostles who died of natural causes. His last recorded words were, "Little children, love one another."
In a thousand years, will what I do today to further the cause of Christ be remembered? Will our worship be worthy of a blurb in a yet to be written history book?

Take a chance and break out of the box of tradition. Do something radical for God.
